Yoga engages all skill levels, combining physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health and well-being.
Boot camp is scheduled the third Saturday of the month. It is a class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training designed in a way that pushes participants to meet their maximum potential.
